Festival International des Sports Extrêmes (FISE) District

Freestyle Tour : SKAPUMP CHALLENGE
12 and 13 July 2025 – Vaujany
A festive weekend of skateboard, scooter and rollerblade competitions. 80 competitors will battle it out on the skatepark and pumptrack at the Espace Nature et Loisirs du Collet. There will also be a craft village, music and demonstrations by top sportsmen and women.

The ultimate nature trail! For its 12ᵉ edition, the Serre Che Trail offers 4 routes through the Cerces massif, attracting over 1,000 trailers. An unmissable sporting event for mountain running enthusiasts.

Trail de la Perdrix
5-6 July 2025 – Super Besse
This trail takes place in the cirque de la Biche, in the heart of the Sancy. It offers technical and aerial routes with breathtaking panoramas. A real challenge for trail runners looking for thrills in the heart of the wild Sancy landscapes.

Tour de France 2025 – Finish of the Ennezat/Le Mont-Dore (Puy de Sancy) stage
14th July 2025
The 10ᵉ stage of the Tour de France will arrive at Le Mont-Dore, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy, after crossing several cols. A major event for cycling fans, with a spectacular finish in the heart of the Massif Central mountains.

Vars Mountain Trail
25 to 27 July 2025 – Vars
The 11ᵉ edition of the Vars Mountain Trail is an unmissable sporting event for mountain running enthusiasts. With 5 courses suitable for all levels, including a 42km, 23km, 10km, a vertical kilometre, a family trail biathlon and new for 2025: the 3 format Challenge, there’s something for every sporting challenge! MTB Team Up
5 and 6 July 2025 – Vars
100% Enduro MTB weekend with five timed special stages over 25 km. A pure riding event in Vars, on courses tailor-made for MTB enthusiasts.

Trail de l’Étendard
27 and 28 July 2025 – Saint Sorlin d’Arves
Discover the magnificent scenery of the French Alps by taking part in one of the 4 Trail de l’Étendard courses. The routes vary between 16, 22, 44 and 65 km and pass by 12 remarkable lakes, including Lac Blanc, Lac Bramant and Lac de Grand Maison, with a loop at the foot of the Pic de l’Étendard. Festival du Vélo
From 19 to 25 July 2025 (dates to be confirmed) – Peisey-Vallandry
An event dedicated to cycling enthusiasts with repair workshops, films, children’s activities and much more. This festival will also host the Vallan’Drift, an urban course race (dates to be confirmed, content in progress).

2025 French Mountain Bike Championships
From 4 to 6 July 2025 – Puy-Saint-Vincent
This championship will bring together 1,200 riders in three disciplines: cross-country, short track and elimination. Additional entertainment will include a BMX show and the presence of the Vallouise mountain bike club.

GFNY Orcières
27 July 2025
The GFNY Orcières offers a unique cycling experience with two demanding routes through the Hautes-Alpes: 158 km/4500 m D+ or 75 km/2000 m D+. The event also offers professional coaching, official timing and refreshments.
